MARKETING & COMMUNICATION CONSENT 1. PURPOSE. By signing this agreement, you agree to receive marketing and promotional communications from Garcia Multi-Services LLC ("Garcia"), including seasonal tax reminders, new-service announcements, referral promotions, appointment availability, and educational content. 2. OPERATIONAL MESSAGES (ALWAYS SENT). In addition to marketing, Garcia may send messages necessary to deliver the services you requested, including appointment confirmations, document requests, signature requests, return-status updates, payment notices, security alerts, policy and legal updates, and government-related communications. 3. CHANNELS. Marketing messages may be delivered by email, SMS/text, phone, in-app notification, or postal mail. Standard message-and-data rates from your carrier may apply to SMS/MMS messages. Garcia will not charge you for the messages themselves. 4. SMS / TCPA NOTICE. By signing, you expressly consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to receive autodialed and prerecorded marketing messages from Garcia at the mobile number on file. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time and HELP for help. 5. EMAIL & CAN-SPAM. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing applies only to marketing messages; operational messages will continue. 6. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, clicking unsubscribe in an email, asking staff to update your file, or updating your profile. Garcia will honor opt-out requests within a reasonable time as required by applicable law. 7. RECORD. Your signature on this agreement is stored as a legal record of your marketing consent. By signing, you acknowledge this notice and agree to receive marketing communications from Garcia as described above.
